How to feel AWESOME everyday! (PART 1)

Well, we're all humans. and more than that
I Go To High School.
that ^ pretty much says it all eh?
After three years of wondering and being lost in the jungle of popular high school students, I too have come to terms with my awesome self,
well actually not. I'm just lying so that you read my post. We'll pretend that i am this extremely confident person who has absolutely no troubles in her life thanks to her perfect time management skills and ever increasing self esteem. You, my friends pretend to believe me.
And as stupid as they may sound but you must have often heard that sometimes when we pretend to be something we're not we eventually end up becoming that person. Yeah well i too heard it in some stupid Disney Channel Teen Movie (I think it was high school musical?). It was meant to be remembered as a negative warning for those try-hard people so that they don not get influenced by peer pressure and try drugs. However though, i believe everybody reading this is a little smarter than what Disney channel thinks we are.
Soooo...
How about we pretend be an amazingly happy person, and sooooooon we'll turn into one.
heres ow to go about it.

1) SLEEP ON TIME. if you want to feel good EVERYDAY then you need 8 hours of sleep. period. You may have crazy amount of homework and after school activities and SAT's to study for but heres what i think you should do. STOP YOUR LIFE THE MOMENT THE CLOCK STRUCK MIDNIGHT. be a Cinderella and run back to your bed. We may not realize but speaking from experience unless and until you've had a good night's sleep you cant focus on ANYTHING but the sleep the other day. Its not your mind kid, its your BODY! The next day, you will notice some new things
i.e
a) how proud you are of yourself.
b) your eyes wont be puffy/red/swollen and hidden in dark circles.
c) you will ten times more energetic and active!

2) Now if you're done with the above we can proceed with the next step towards awesomeness. Dress well. And no i am not some ignorant little rich girl who lives in the mall. I remember a quote from princess diaries that changed my life and i think it said that the way we appear to be is what determines someone else's behavior towards us, if you are shabbily dressed in wrong sized clothes and has untidy hair you're just sending a message to others that "I don't care about myself, and neither should you!" Now this doesn't mean that you spend hours getting dressed everyday, just make sure your hair is in place, you smell good and your clothes are not a weird combination of colors and sizes. You should have a unique sense of dressing but then again a little update with the latest fashion is always good. Keeping a good posture and a steady walk is also a part of your appearance. Wear red, not like the Santa Claus avatar but even a red clip or carrying a red hand bag gives an impression of a strong personality who doesn't need no shit nigga!  For boys, keep your nails well cut, dirty green things under your nails are a BIG turn off, and whats better than well shaved boys+ dandruff less boys? Remember the way you treat your self, if the way others treat you!

3) WORK OUT. When i say work out i most definitely don't just mean losing weight or building up muscles. When you work out, you do more than just burning calories. With all the sweat, comes out major parts of your stress, emotional dis balances as well as negativity. Working out regularly keeps your hormones in check and gets you some time out of hectic daily routines. Believe it or not gym is another good place to start a new social group. The best way to keep fit and confident is to take up a sport of your choice and play it for at least 30 mins each day. Doing a few stretches before and after is extremely helpful in the initial stages. Once you do get to the edge of it, you'll experience the MAGICAL feeling you get after a crazy work out that makes you feel like Angeline Jolie/ Channing Tatum! Enjoy this small break from your day in the evenings, good music helps more than anything. And one day when you're sitting in class and you suddenly notice your effortlessly tight toned legs you'd know exactly what i'm talking about.

Theres lots  more but lets just follow this one by one. Feel free to comment!
and don't forget to live in the moment...
